What is the Trusted Advisor Program?
The Trusted Advisor Program is a business development, mentoring and coaching program designed to help you take a hold on your business. This program is not just about sales and marketing, but also to create workable processes and procedures, set goals and manage your time. The Trusted Advisor Program (TAP) is designed for those VARs who are determined to take their business to the next level. When you sign up for TAP, you are making a commitment to improve to yourself, to your business success, and to your help your clients. During the six month program, you will work one-on-one with your coach thirty minutes each week to develop important business processes. You will also receive unlimited e-mail support along with an agenda for your weekly calls. After completion, you will have the option to renew or to build a custom meeting program to suit your individual needs.
Meet Coach Stu:
The Trusted Advisor Program is headed up by respected industry veteran, Stuart Selbst. In 2002, Stuart founded a VAR company that he built into a successful managed services practice with over 1,100 managed endpoints. In 2007, Stuart sold his interests in his company and became a Business Development consultant focusing on the SMB IT Channel helping small VARs become Managed IT Service providers.
Partners that have worked with Stuart have increased their annuity based revenue an average of 40%, created successful processes and today continue to build flourishing MSP practices. Stuart is often asked to speak or take part on panel discussion with other industry experts on subject matter surrounding Managed IT Services. In 2009, Stuart joined a select group of industry experts in developing a "Best in Class" MSP Accreditation Exam that collaborated efforts from MSP Partners, CompTIA and IPED.
