Patch alert settings

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version

   Hello,

I have a question about the patch alert settings in Kaseya. If I check “Email recipients” only will I get an email? Or do I have to check at least one of the other options (alert/ticket)?

PS: Is there a support email adress for things like that? Couldn't find one.

	You can check any or all of the boxes, they work independently and each do something different. PS. help at VirtualAdministrator.com
